I recently stumbled upon an App that I feel all REALTORS should be using. It is called MOBY. It can be used on Android, IPhone and Blackberry's.
"Moby allows you to privately share your location with family and friends. View the location of your friends and family within Moby’s map or send your GPS location via email or text to non-Moby users."
This simple App allows you to let colleagues know your exact location at the touch of a button VS giving them information of where you will be showing homes that day. This is up to the second accurate of your exact location. The best feature I found was an EMERGENCY ALERT that with a simple tap of a button your exact location with a distress message can be sent to your friends, family or colleagues.
This APP is not only for REALTORS, but can also be used by family and friends staying in touch with each other.
